Urban Water Traineeship

As a trainee, you receive a personalized training program specifically designed to help you grow in your field. With the Urban Water Traineeship, you dive into the world of sewer systems, urban water, rainwater facilities, groundwater issues, and climate resilience. You will take specialized courses from World Water Academy and work on projects primarily focused on water safety and climate adaptation in urban areas. The Urban Water Traineeship is an initiative by Wateropleidingen/ World Water Academy, the National Water Traineeship (NWT), and Stichting RIONED; a strong collaboration of organizations with years of expertise in urban water management. Thanks to this partnership, you will be exposed to various specializations that converge within your traineeship. Since the traineeship is aligned with the Municipal Water Task Industry Standard of Stichting RIONED, you can immediately apply the knowledge you acquire in practice.
