Mentor training

Every company has a lot of specific in-house knowledge and expertise. This is particularly valuable. It is important to share knowledge and expertise with (new) employees. Appointing mentors within your company can be a solution. As a mentor, you will guide new employees, transfer knowledge, and teach them skills. You will conduct coaching sessions and plan and supervise learning activities.

Method

The instructor explains the theory using practical examples. You will learn the skills through practical exercises. In consultation, we may make video recordings of the participants. We will review and analyze these recordings together.

Approach

In consultation with the client, we will determine the components of the training. We will adjust the content to specifically fit the tasks you have as a mentor within the company.
