Most of our courses are offered In-company. The existing course or training is then organized at your own location or in your region. In-company training is mainly used to not only support the learning and development of individual employees but also to strengthen the relationships within the team, the organization, or among several organizations in the region. Reducing travel time can be another consideration.

As a flexible capacity strenghtening partner, we proactively think along with you about the issues, practical examples, and challenges within your organization that we can incorporate into the in-company course or training. We aim to closely align with the work practices and prefer to use current examples from your organization.

In consultation, we determine the extent of customization. For training programs that include an exam, the possibilities are more limited because we need to meet the learning objectives of the program. However, by using practical examples from the organization where we apply the knowledge, we can maximize the outcome.
