Learning targets
Companies and organizations in the water sector achieve their objectives by utilizing assets such as pumping stations, pressure pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and water engineering structures. Many organizations have been applying maintenance management and quality, environmental, and safety management systems for years. Asset management helps in the use and further development of these management systems.
This training provides the necessary knowledge and skills for strong asset management. You will compare your daily practice and experience with asset management to the theory and insights of experts and fellow participants. You will practice your skills and enhance your knowledge of asset management, making you stronger in your role as an asset manager. After completing this training, you will have created a meaningful improvement plan for your own work situation, based on theory and experience with asset management. You will be thoroughly familiar with the IAM model (Institute of Asset Management), and your knowledge will be up to date.

Your Contribution
