About Nicole Mol
After spending considerable time in the facilities sector as an Educational Advisor, I have now been working for several years as an Educational Advisor at World Water Academy. As a member of the Didactics Team, I focus on (re)developing courses and training programs and advising and training our training experts. In everything I do, I find it extremely important to tailor my approach to the situation and the individual. Development happens step by step and is different for each person and situation. That keeps it fascinating every time!
