As a Training Coordinator, I organize and oversee courses and training programs, always ensuring a strong focus on both participant experience and program quality. My focus is on Water Management and Flood Protection—a field where organizing training programs is highly impactful. Being in direct contact with participants, witnessing their growth in knowledge and skills, and seeing their confidence develop is what truly drives and inspires me.
