About Fiona Arends
After completing my studies in Facility Management, I have gained experience in various sectors. At World Water Academy, I focus on customer relations and the logistical processes involved in providing training and courses in the fields of Drinking Water, Sewerage & Urban Water, and Water Safety as a Project Assistant. Collaborating to enable ‘lifelong learning’ in the watersector by sharing my knowledge and expertise with colleagues gives me daily joy in my work.
