Since 2008, I have been happily working at World Water Academy as Customer Service Representative. I handle the logistical aspects of training programs and courses in the fields of Drinking Water, Water Management, and Sewerage & Urban Water. I always find it inspiring to interact with participants and training experts. A positive course or training evaluation gives me great satisfaction, and it’s very rewarding to hand out certificates or diplomas to participants after completion.
