Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to all open enrolment courses and training programmes, as well as all assignments from third parties concerning in-company training, customised solutions, and training consultancy provided by Wateropleidingen.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement between Wateropleidingen and a participant or client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by the parties.
The terms and conditions also apply to all agreements with Wateropleidingen where third parties need to be involved in the execution of the agreement.

The terms and conditions of Wateropleidingen have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht. The version that is most recently filed or the version that was in effect at the time the agreement was concluded shall always apply.

NRTO Code of Conduct

Wateropleidingen holds the NRTO quality mark. This certification represents recognition for quality and professionalism in the private education sector. We adhere to the NRTO Code of Conduct (in Dutch).
