Additionally, with a focus on the circular economy, there is an increasing emphasis on how treated industrial and urban water can be reused. What physical-chemical techniques do you need to know to keep up with these developments?

In the course Highlights of Physical-Chemical Treatment Techniques, you will learn about the different techniques available in this field, including their advantages and disadvantages. You will also discover the most common problems you need to be aware of.

After completing the Highlights of Physical-Chemical Treatment Techniques course, you will be able to apply experiences from the drinking water sector to your own work situation. Even though the field is still evolving, you will gain the most useful knowledge from practical experience.

The following topics are covered:

  • micropollutants and water reuse
  • physical and chemical principles
  • overview of treatment techniques
  • pros and cons of each technique
  • experiences from the drinking water sector worldwide
  • latest developments

After completing this course, you will have the following knowledge & skills:

  • physical-chemical treatment techniques, including their pros and cons
